Prophet Exchange is a player-prop book first. Of the 192 markets it prices, 152 are player props — just under four in five, a higher share than any non-DFS book we have counted. For comparison, DraftKings carries more player props in absolute terms but they are a third of its board; here they are almost the whole thing.
That shape is what makes it worth a column. A price set on an exchange, where users take both sides rather than a book setting a margin, is a different kind of number from a sportsbook's. When the market in question is a player prop, which is where sportsbook margins are widest, the comparison is at its most interesting.
What Prophet Exchange coverage looks like
It is narrow by league and deep by market. Nine leagues, and the depth is concentrated in three: MLB at 88 markets, the NFL at 72 and the NBA at 60. Then NCAAF at 34, WNBA at 32, NCAAB at 30, the NHL at 10, and two markets each in La Liga and the UFC.
By type: 152 player props, 6 of the 16 main markets, 4 team props and 2 game props, with the remaining 28 markets period splits — mostly first-half and first-five-innings lines.
Where it concentrates
MLB pitching and batting props are its deepest category. Player walks and player strikeouts each run to four markets, in both over/under and yes/no form, and runs batted in and doubles follow. That is the densest MLB prop coverage of any exchange we carry.
NFL passing props. Passing attempts, passing completions, longest completion, interceptions and turnovers are all present. Combined with its 72 NFL markets, that makes it usable as a second opinion on quarterback props specifically.
Basketball assists. Player assists, in over/under and yes/no form, are its main NBA and WNBA contribution.
What it does not carry is worth stating plainly. It has no soccer coverage to speak of — two markets in La Liga — and it is absent from the three-way moneyline entirely, which rules it out for soccer products. It also lacks the shots-on-goal and first/last-scorer props that hockey and soccer tooling depends on.
Which plan includes Prophet Exchange
Prophet Exchange is available on the Rookie plan and above. The free Amateur tier carries nine books and this is not one of them, so a request filtered to prophetexchange on the free plan comes back empty rather than erroring. Rookie and Pro both include a 7-day free trial; a card is required at signup and you can cancel any time before it ends. Pricing has the book list for each tier.

Note the gap between the two prices on the same line. That is the comparison the page is about: fairOdds is the vig-free consensus across every book pricing the market, and an exchange price sitting closer to it than a sportsbook's is the normal pattern rather than the exception.
Use cases for Prophet Exchange data
For positive EV betting, an exchange price is a useful sanity check on a prop benchmark. If your fairOdds estimate and the exchange disagree sharply, one of them is wrong and it is worth knowing which.
For prop research, its MLB pitching coverage is the densest exchange depth we carry on strikeouts and walks.
For arbitrage, exchange-versus-sportsbook is a different scan from book-versus-book, because the two are not watching each other's prices the way two sportsbooks do.
Coverage, honestly
Prophet Exchange is a narrow book by design. Nine leagues, almost no soccer, no three-way moneyline, and a board that is four-fifths player props. Read byBookmaker on each odd rather than assuming it is there — on most non-prop markets it will not be. The /markets endpoint returns the supported set by league if you would rather check before requesting odds.
